If you are a large organization who can set up online voucher sales yourself, we would be happy to list you in our catalog. We will have your entry which will redirect your customers to your site. However, in that case, we won’t transact vouchers and collect payments on your behalf.
3. I’m not listed on your website. What is the process to get listed?
You can list your business by filling up this form. All you need to do is fill in the details- the name of your business, address, phone number and website (in case you have one). This will help us in listing your business on our website. We’ll also need your bank account details to remit the payments.
4. How do I get people to buy my vouchers?
To get more people to know about and buy your vouchers, you’ll need to promote our site on your social media and other marketing platforms to inform your customers about this initiative. You can post the link of your voucher or gift card page in your local community groups on facebook or even whatsapp or email your loyal or regular customers. We will be doing promotions at our end too.
VOUCHERS
- How does a voucher get issued? How will I track it?
Our system will automatically issue a voucher consisting of a unique order code. Using your own login, we’ll set up a vendor account which you can use to track your vouchers and mark them once they are used.
2. Are these e-vouchers?
Yes, we are selling only digital/e-vouchers. As an organization we are doing our bit to save the environment by going green and paperless. Hence, we will not be mailing physical or tangible vouchers to the customers.
They can either take a printout of their voucher or save it on their phone and show the merchant/business at the time of redemption.
3. Are these vouchers partly redeemable?
Since you are a business owner, we leave this to you. We are just acting as an agent and giving you a way to sell vouchers to customers online and letting your customers easily purchase vouchers from you. Hence, the redemption of vouchers is completely at your discretion.
4. I don’t sell vouchers. Can I still be a part of this?
Yes, whether you are selling vouchers in person or not at all, we are offering this set up for your convenience. We will not only issue vouchers on your behalf but also collect the payments too.
In case if you are already selling vouchers on your own website, we can link to them for you from your site entry.
Charges
1. Is there a fee that you charge?
There are no charges/fees involved in the process. It’s a pro bono scheme and we are just trying to help you out.
2. What about GST & Tax?
These digital vouchers are similar to what customers were buying from you anyways. So, you need to account for the GST component as you otherwise do. We advise you to consult with your accountant on whether it is supposed to be counted as revenue or liability as you haven't delivered the service yet.
3. How quickly will you remit the payment?
As soon as we receive the payment, we will try to remit it into your nominated bank account or paypal id.

1. I am already selling vouchers on my website. Can I have that listed?
Of course, why not! If you are already selling vouchers on your website, we can link to them. But if you don’t have the capacity to set up, we will do it for you and also process the payments on your behalf without charging any fee.
2. I have a bakery shop/cafe/clothing store/etc, can I list myself?
Yes, we are open to varied categories to ensure we are able to support as many business owners as we can. The more, the better. If having such a set up works for you or helps you in anyway, then we would be happy to help.
3. I own a franchise/chain which exists in different locations. Can I be a part of this?
We have started this website to help local small businesses who cannot sell their own vouchers online.
If you are a big organization who can set up online voucher sales without anyone else’s support. We can still have you listed on our website and have your entry which directs customers to your online site. However, in such a case we won’t transact vouchers and collect payments on your behalf.
Though if you want to list your services on our website even if its a franchise, we don’t see a reason why you can’t.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
